Join our West Region Ticketing Team as a Remote, Ticketing Support Agent. This position is responsible for the manual ticketing process including the exchanges, refunds and commissions.
  • Issuing tickets, exchanges, MCOs and service fees
  • Invoicing cars, hotels, limo and rail
  • Researching complex fares and troubleshooting ticketing problems
  • Quality control of ticketing and reservations
  • Monitoring standard ticketing and rush ticketing queues and prioritizing appropriately
  • Provide PNR assistance with issues that revolve around ticketing, hotels, and suppliers
  • Taking commissions and avoiding debit memos
  • Provide timely response to IC/Agent questions and issues
  • Work on special projects on an ad-hoc basis, within skill set
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a successful front-line agent, corporate experience preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience with GDS Sabre, knowledge of Apollo is a plus
  • Knowledge of ticketing requirements for airline commission agreements
