Compensation meets the state minimum wage per hour with the opportunity to make a bonus depending on successful completions of surveys (which are double checked by a second caller). One successful survey from you, which can range from 15-30 questions. Most of our successful surveyors get between 2-4 successful survey completions per hour and make a nice bonus. You will initially work a 4-hour probation period so we can determine your suitability to the role and if all goes well, we have a good amount of work available each week so you can start working with on a regular basis. The typical surveyor calls 5-10 numbers to reach one successful respondent. Honestly, surveying is not for everyone because you get a lot of No's before you get one yes. Some people hate rejection. Our surveyors don't take it personally and just move on, pleasantly to the next one. It's a numbers game and the more numbers you call the better you get and the more responses you get that can lead to a bonus. The job is a great way to have flexibility and it pays pretty well (with bonuses for being efficient). Ultimately, the more effort that you put in, the more you'll get out. We need candidates with a strong command of English, both verbal and written.
