    Position Requirements:
  • High school diploma and 3 years of customer service experience, OR 1 year of college and 1 year of customer service experience

    Answer phones on a contract basis, using a Windows PC and high-speed internet connection at your home.

    We have an opening for part-time contract position of 27 hours per week.

    Job Description:
    You will use your computer to answer phones, take messages, relay messages, transfer calls, etc. All calls are made and received through our computer system, not your phone. We are an answering service working for many types of companies who pay us to answer their phone whenever they cannot. This is not a telemarketing job.

    Minimum Requirements:
    • You must be able to sound friendly and happy (even when you're not!).

    • You must have a quiet room where you can shut the door and work. Callers must not hear dogs barking, cats meowing, children crying, television playing, etc.

    • You must be able to speak English well, speak clearly, and be able to spell well.

    • You must be able to follow instructions and procedures meticulously.

    • You must have a wired high-speed internet connection at your home.

    • You must have or be able to connect to your cable/DSL modem/router via a wired connection (not wi-fi).
